Approval to renew with price increases, for “ITB #21-26 Waste Management Services - Dumpsters” to Waste Connections of Texas, as per the attached, for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on March 8, 2024.

The renewal term shall be March 9, 2024 to March 8, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current and future fiscal year budgets.
