Job Order Contracts at Various County Locations

Approve the use of TIPS cooperative contract numbers 24060401 and 211001, for a job order contract for the repairs to various facilities damaged by Hurricane Beryl, as shown below and per the attached, with Jaco Roofing and Construction, Inc., of Angleton, Texas.
• County Museum, Dungeon building - $48,557.00
• Precinct 4 Justice of the Peace - $35,386.00 (option 1)
• County Fairgrounds (Sheriff Building and Cattle Barns) - $128,743.00
• Brazoria County Sub Office, Freeport-$21,288.00
• Master Gardeners, Greenhouse - $86,625.00
• Master Gardeners, Storage Building - $18,760.00
The projects will be to furnish labor, equipment and materials to complete the repairs and as these are Hurricane Beryl storm-related expenditures, the County will be requesting reimbursement from FEMA. Costs are tracked separately and covered by a transfer from the general fund.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreements on behalf of the County.
