Approval to renew “ITB #20-40 High Density Polyethylene Pipe, High Performance Polypropylene Pipe and Fitting Contract” with the following vendor for the fifth (5) and final year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire May 11, 2024.
• Coburn Supply Company, Inc., of New Caney, Texas
The renewal term shall be May 12, 2024 to May 11, 2025.
Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current and future fiscal year budgets.
