Approval to advertise by Competitive Sealed Proposals for “Hastings Phase II” which has been determined by the Purchasing Agent to be the procurement method to use that is in the best interest of the County.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from the General Land Office (GLO).
Further, approve a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown below, their designee, or other persons as determined by the Court.
