Upon final review by the District Attorney Civil-Division and per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “RFP #26-07 E-Content Material Resources for the Library” to the vendors shown below as per the attached. The vendors submitted the best evaluated offers meeting our specifications and scope of work.

• Midwest Tapes of Holland, OH
• EBSCO of Ipswich, MA
• Library Ideas of Fairfax, VA
In addition, expenditures will utilize the department’s approved fiscal year budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement, and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
