Approve Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement pertaining to the Hurricane Harvey Disaster Recovery program through the General Land Office Contract #20-065-118-C388 between Brazoria County and the Village of Surfside Beach.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to execute the Amendment after final review of the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
