Brazoria County Commissioners Court hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to Project Development Agreement with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the Brazoria County Expressway.

 

Further, that the County Judge is hereby authorized to sign the Amendment No. 1 to Project Development Agreement with TxDOT after final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
