Amend the original Professional Services Agreement for Pennington & Associates Commissioning, LLC of Houston, Texas for "RFSQ #21-17 Independent Commissioning Services for the Brazoria County Courthouse Expansion Project" and approve Change Order No. 4, request in the amount of $36,240.00 for additional commissioning services, regarding the construction of the Admin Phase 2 (First Floor Renovation) as stated in the proposal.
Further, the attached scope of work identifies the necessary tasks to perform commissioning, testing, and balancing services for this phase of the Brazoria County Courthouse Campus project.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Agreement and any other documents necessary to execute said contract on behalf of the County.
