That a public hearing be opened for the posting or adjusting of regulatory signs in Brazoria County.
The signs to be posted or adjusted are as follows:
Speed Limits
Adjust speed limits per the attached Exhibit A
CR 1048
CR 1049
CR 1050
CR 1126
Stop/Yield Signs
Add or remove stop signs per the attached Exhibits A & B
Stop sign on CR 1048 at CR 48, CR 173A, and Victoria Ave
Stop sign on CR 1049 at CR 48, CR 173A, and Victoria Ave
Stop sign on CR 1050 at CR 48, CR 173A, and Victoria Ave
Stop sign on CR 1126 at CR 48, CR 173A, and Victoria Ave
Stop sign on CR 173A at CR 173B
Stop signs at CR 81 and Sanders Rd for a three-way stop
Further, that the County Engineer is granted authority by the Court to determine the number and locations of signs on county roads within the limits shown above as necessary to maintain roadway safety and that a certified copy of this order shall be sent to the County Engineer, the Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Public Safety.
