Approve grant, entitled Airport Project Participation Agreement relative to previous Court Order H.4 dated April 8, 2025 “2512 ANGLE for the purchase of an ARFF Truck for Texas Gulf Coast Regional Airport”.
This grant will be a 95% federal share and 5% local share. The current estimated sponsor share cost to be $51,655 and the federal share will be no more than $981,428. As previously recorded, the funding for this vehicle comes in the form of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant utilizing Infrastructure Investment Jobs Act (IIJA) Airport Infrastructure Grant Funds and Airport Capital/Transfers Budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to execute any grant agreement and other associated documents with TxDOT Aviation upon review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil division.
