Upon final approval by the District Attorney’s Office, and per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “RFP #24-19 Library Data Services (E-Rate) to the following vendors, who submitted the best evaluated offers, per our specifications and scope of work as shown in the attached summary.
• Comcast Business Communications LLC of Houston, Texas
• Cable ONE Inc., dba Sparklight of Phoenix, Arizona
• Brazoria Telephone Company of Brazoria,Texas
In addition, 80% of the funding is eligible for the E-Rate program through the Universal Services Administration Company (USAC) with 20% funding from the Information Systems approved Fiscal Year 2024 budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreements on behalf of the County.
