Renewal of Flood Insurance for Quintana Education Center

Pending final review by the District Attorney’s Office, approve the renewal for “Flood Insurance for Quintana Education Center” at a cost of $14,240.40 for the policy period of April 23, 2026 to April 23, 2027.
Such expenditure will be funded by the County’s general fund for Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement in order to bind coverage for the renewal period; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
