Authorize Self-Insurance Coverage

The Court authorizes the use of the County’s Self-Insurance fund to comply with the coverage insurance requirements of the attached Health and Human Services Commission Agreement under the Women, Infants, and Children’s (WIC) Nutrition Grant Program Agreement for Contract No. HHS001503400032.
Further, that the County Judge and, where applicable, the County Auditor be authorized to complete and endorse documentation relating to this coverage.
