Approval to renew with a price increase for “ITB #21-48 Mosquito Control Chemicals” with the following vendors, as per the attached, for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire July 13, 2024.

•                     ADAPCO, LLC of Sanford, Florida

•                     ES OPCO USA Inc., dba Veseris of Austin, Texas

The renewal term shall be July 14, 2024 to July 13, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by Mosquito Controls current and future fiscal year budget.
