Upon successful negotiations, and per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, approval to award “CSP# 24-16 Construction of the Brazoria County Fire Fighters Association-Fire Field Training Facility” to the highest ranked vendor, Construction Masters of Houston, Inc., of Pearland, Texas, who submitted a final and best offer of $2,726,447.00.
In addition, the project will utilize funds from the United States Treasury American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF).
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreements on behalf of the County.
