Upon request by County Court at Law 3 Judge Jeremy Warren, the Court approves additional steps for Bailiff position 1731 who rehired on January 19, 2026 at Step 7.
The incumbent was previously employed as a Bailiff from September 2013 until September 2025 and left at a Step 13. The Court hereby approves the pay to be Step 13 at $22.09 per hour effective immediately.
