Upon recommendation of Tradition Energy, the County’s consultant for natural gas procurement, approve an agreement for natural gas service for the Sheriff’s Office location at 3602 CR 45, Angleton, Texas 77515, with Pro Energy Partners, LLC, of Houston, Texas.
The contract begins on November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, per the attached rate of $0.52/Dth, which is $0.21 less than the current rate of $0.73/Dth with Symmetry. The contract has three additional one-year renewals, upon approval by the county, for each renewal.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
