Approval to renew with a 2.70% price increase for “ITB #21-26 Waste Management Services - Dumpsters” with Waste Connections of Texas, as per the attached, for the fifth (5^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire March 08, 2025.

The renewal term shall be March 09, 2025 to March 8, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ current fiscal year budgets.
