The County Clerk’s Office of Brazoria County does hereby submit the following persons for appointment as presiding judge and alternate judge for elections conducted by the county as required upon receipt of timely list(s) submitted by the appropriate political party chairs.
It is further directed that this order be filed with the clerk of the court, and that a certified copy be given to the custodian of election records for Brazoria County.
The County Clerk is hereby instructed to send notice of appointment to each election judge in accordance with the Texas Election Code §32.009.
