Approval to renew with a 7.41% price increase for “RFP #21-21 Aerial Mosquito Spraying” with Garrett Flying Service, Inc. of Danbury, Texas as per the attached, for the fifth (5^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire March 08, 2025.

The renewal term shall be March 09, 2025 to March 08, 2026.

Further, expenditures will be funded by department’s current fiscal year budget.
