Approval to renew “ITB #21-31 Road Materials - Patching Materials” with Waller County Asphalt, Inc. of Hempstead, Texas for the fifth (5th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire April 25, 2025.

 

In addition, add the following delivery location to the contract:

 

•                     Hanson Beal Ranch Park (Host Office) at a cost of $139.75, as per the attached.

 

The renewal term shall be April 26, 2025 to April 25, 2026.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ fiscal year budgets.
