Approval to renew “C #12-41 OSSI Public Safety Software” for an additional twelve (12) month period with Central Square Technologies, LLC of Lake Mary, Florida, per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on March 31, 2026. The current cost of $204,261.37 will be decreased to $190,338.77 due to the removal of several modules no longer in use.
In addition, the expenditure will utilize funds from Information Systems approved Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, the renewal term shall be April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. This contract allows for perpetual renewals.
