Renew Consolidated Crime Insurance Policy

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office, approve the renewal for “Consolidated Crime Insurance Policy” from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., in a not to exceed amount of $3,988.00. Policy period shall be March 31, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
Such expenditure will be funded by the County’s general fund for Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement in order to bind coverage for the renewal period; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
