Approval to renew with a price increase “ITB #25-55 Equipment Rental” to the following vendors for the second (2nd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on September 17, 2026, as per the attached.

 

•                     Herc Rentals Inc. of Bonita Springs, Florida

•                     Associated Supply Company Inc. of Houston, Texas

 

The renewal term shall be September 18, 2026 to September 17, 2027.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ annual fiscal year budgets.
