Authorize agreement between Brazoria County and the City of Iowa Colony expanding the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Iowa Colony along the entire width of a portion of the right of way of County Road 758, also known as Duke Road.
Further, that the County Judge, on behalf of Brazoria County, be authorized to sign attached documents and any other documents pertaining to the expansion.
It is further ordered that a certified copy of this order be delivered to the County Engineer.
