Approval is requested by the County Court at Law #2 to purchase one (1) WorkPro Momentum Ergonomic Mesh Active High-Back Office Chair, which is not included on the current list of standard furniture approved by Commissioners Court on March 10, 2020 per Court Order 7.O.3 for a not to exceed cost of $470.00.
Further, the department has sufficient funds in their Fiscal Year 2026 Repairs and Maintenance account for the expenditure.
