Interlocal Agreement with the City of Lake Jackson to grade all ditches as listed on Exhibit “A”, pursuant to Texas Transportation Code Sec. 251.012, and the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 791.001 et. Seq.
Further, that the City agrees to the terms of the attached Agreement.
The County Judge is authorized to sign the above-referenced Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the County.
A certified copy of this order shall be forwarded to the County Engineer.
