Approve issuance of a purchase order after the fact for the following invoice related to a contract executed by Brazoria County Juvenile Justice Department for which a requisition was not obtained prior to work being performed:
Juvenile Rights Invoice dated 3/1/2026 for work performed in February 2026 in the amount of $1,500.00.
This request is in accordance with Local Government Code Section §262.011 and Brazoria County Purchasing Policy Section IV.C.15
