Brazoria County FEMA Building and Development Permitting Fees

Pursuant to Texas Water Code, Section 16.324, the Court hereby adopts the Brazoria County FEMA Building and Development Permitting Fees as set forth on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto. Said fees become effective July 15, 2026.
Said fees have been set and itemized in the County’s budget.
Further, that a copy of this order be delivered to the Floodplain Administrator and the County Auditor.
