Per Texas Local Government Code 271.060(d), grant authority to Chad Davenport, Assistant Director of Parks, to approve change orders for “CSP #26-51 Quintana Beach Park - Septic, Electrical & Loop Road” that an involve an increase or decrease of $50,000 or less.
Texas Local Government Code 271.060(d) states: “A governing body may grant authority to an official or employee responsible for purchasing or for administering a contract to approve a change order that involves an increase or decrease of $50,000 or less.”
